"I take everyday-life pictures because I think life is important." - Nana Yamamoto, Japanese ACC student
I just got back from a small gathering of photojourns. It was a despedida party for Nana, who explored Manila for a week and got culture shock with Baseco.
Boy oh boy, I am so inspired with what I saw and what I heard tonight. All straight from the heart. I felt passion in their craft, they may not have noticed but it gave me goosebumps. There was a moment when Kat asked for my opinion and I felt blank. I was spaced out. I felt I wasn't worthy for an opinion, just yet. Their presence made me feel that I'm doing it right this time...
Posted by suplada at September 5, 2006 3:09 AMWelcome to the PJ club! Maybe it's really your "calling" after all. All the signs point to it. Now, you only have to decide which media outfit to work for. Or would you rather be a freelance photojournalist? :)

Maybe. Maybe not. As long as I know what I'm doing, and I have high respect with the people involved, I think I can give it a shot (pun intended).
Posted by: jiLL at September 7, 2006 4:43 PMIf you think everything is good today, then take a picture of it. Your face, your body, your smile- because one day you'll look at it, and it will make you wonder how time changes everything...
So i click and freeze time.
I'm not as good as you, though.
Congrats on LomoLove.
