Last kiss, goodbye.

On my home from a wedding shoot, without knowing that Corrine May's Fly Away was so timingly playing on my ipod, my celphone rang. It was mama. She asked mewhere I was, and that if I can go straight to the hospital.

I got there ahead of her. The sight of ICU 232 was not good. There were 7 nurses (I think) all surrounding my lola. They were tinkering with her arms, needles and stuff that only them can understand. I was just there point blank. I was waiting for mama to arrive. I knew she wouldn't like what she'll see.

Mama got there 20 minutes after, and the sight of lola mommy brought tears to her eyes. After 10 minutes, my aunt arrived with my 2 cousins, just as the nurses were giving mommy CPR. After a few minutes, the doctor on duty asked if we'd like them to continue with the procedures...

Tonight, I kissed her goodbye.




We will miss you Lola Mommy. I love you.
