I keep asking...

… myself these whenever I see one:

Why wasn’t I born a girly girly type of girl?

How come I don’t own a purse, the kikay ones?
I see men carrying purse for their girl everytime.

How come I wasn’t brought up like the ones I see
Stilettos, make up, skirts and all?

Should I pluck my eyebrows more,
Leaving a thin line of hair that you can barely see?

How come I don’t have a sister,
Whom I can share my secrets and clothings with?

Why does it have to be THREE brothers?

Then I realize, maybe it’s because…

…my man (is there such word?) wouldn’t look good carrying my purse,
So I’d rather have a backpack for him to carry for me.

… I’d rather wear make up, stilettos, and skirts only on special occasions.
Going to the mall is not a special occasion.

…shaping eyebrows is different from shaving it.
And tracing it with pencil, or worse, permanent ink is totally different.

…my girl friends are enough to be as irritating as a sister does.
Although sharing clothes with someone would be cool
specially if you don’t have to travel few kilometers away.

…God loves me so much and He knows how weak I can be.
He gave me three men to draw strength from.

Now why wasn’t I born a girly girly type?

My mind’s too occupied right now, thinking of stuff …
