Did I just say I missed Baguio?
I got home from Baguio yesterday. I stayed at my kuya's house for 4 days with my cousins and my niece.
Since I was touring some first-timers and balikbayans, I got to see some old tourist spots that I never thought I'll ever see again, since the last time I was there was when I was around 6 years old!!!
Who would have thought I'll ever stop at that big lion's head thingie for a photo op?! Or trek down Crystal Cave?! Or go to Minesview Park?! Or attempt twice to play mini-golf at Camp John Hay but failed because there's nobody attending that section?! Or break our lungs out singing at a local videoke bar which I actually missed doing?!
It was good fun. I hope my cousins and my niece had fun as much as I did.
While on the road:
I come to realize on our way home that all along I was clinging to some ghosts in my past. And it's been haunting me since.
I will over come them soon. I have to.
