Adobe Lightroom

Adobe's answer to Aperture is now out on a public beta test. I saw a presentation of the software yesterday, at Macworld San Francisco. So far, it shows a lot of promise. It has a lot of the features that I would have wanted Aperture to have. What does Lightroom do better than Aperture? We'll see after a few days of running Lightroom through it's paces with some of my images.

Christmas Pictures

Every Christmas we have a party. Every Christmas, we have our get together as close to Christmas day as we can. This is the first Christmas that I FORGOT to bring my camera. Thankfully, Thess and Glady had their cameras with them. I grabbed a photo from Thess' gallery:

L-R (kneeling): Don, Mike, Me, Jerry
L-R (standing): Glady, Tessa, Amber, JB, Jun, Thess

This will probably be the last gathering at Don's place, since he will be leaving us for the wetter pastures of Washington State, working for some big company up there. That was the worst Christmas present ever!!!
