Tahoe!!!

Lake Tahoe, CA. The first time we went to Tahoe was about 5 years ago on almost the exact same days. We got stuck on the Freeway due to an avalanche up on the summit, both coming and going. This took us 10 hours and 12 hours respectively.

This year, with almost the same cast of characters, we decided to take another trip to Tahoe. The weather was similar to that of 5 years ago, but thankfully. we did not get stuck on the freeway.

Our first stop for sightseeing was some turnout on along the road with an incredible view of the Lake.

Well... that was it, or rather, our weekend in a nutshell. We had fun. What's next for us? I don't know yet. But I've heard something about Disneyland... abangan!

Happy Birthday, Dad!

Last February 12 was my Dad's birthday. I was in Tahoe that weekend, but did manage to give him a calll to wish him Happy Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!

Go fly a kite!

Mike got a kite for his birthday. And the next day, we decided to go fly his kite at the park along Marina Ave, in San Leandro.

January Birthdays

We celebrated 3 birthdays this January. Mike, Jerry and Don all celebrated their birthdays. We all went out and had dinner at Hooter's in Pleasanton, CA. It was a fun night celebrating with friends.

Christmas 2004

Christmas is always a special time. A time for family and friends. This was the bunch. The same bunch of friends who made me wrap frantically, then just rip off the wrapping within a few seconds of recieving the gifts.

For our gift exchange this year, we decided to give ourselves code names and an extra identifying key word. I chose "Inspector Gadget". Pretty much, anyone who drew that name would have known instantly that that code name was mine. My plan worked well. Much, much better than Don's plan anyway.
