The Massif's Challenge
Well, The Massif's challenge is about to come to a close. And I've got nothing to show for it. Nada. Zilch. Zero.
It's been really busy the last few days, so I haven't had the chance to take any new photos. Oh well. I still need to take pictures of the bulk loading machine in action. Bah.
Planning a marathon session inside the darkroom (aka my banyo) this Saturday morning and get around to processing some of the rolls that I have been meaning to get developed. :D
I'll try to post something later.

Bulk Loading
I finally got my first bulk roll. And what a pleasant surprise! I got the older TriX emulsion. Not the new emulsion. The old one! Yay! I also got 8 plastic screw type cartridges.

Bulk Loader Update
Yup. That's all she wrote. I won the Alden 74 bulk loader on eBay. For the price of US$9 plus US$8.50 for shipping, I will have my very own bulk loader. More on this when I finally get the loader in my hands. In the meantime... the "Challenge" goes on...

Bulk Loader Bidding
Yep. I blame Taj. And his ramblings about bulk loading film. So here I am, putting a bid in for an Alden 74 Daylight Bulk Film Loader. We'll see how well I fare on doing my own bulk loading.
Jorge makes several good points. One of the more appealing ones is the ability to load as little or as many frames as you would want into a cartridge. So you won't end up with 15 shots on a 36 shot roll... and me being the lazy bum that I am, probably won't finish that roll until wayyyyy later. Then of course, I have to process it... oh well.
